Depending where you are, the total timeline from quote to delivery rarely goes beyond 11-12 weeks. Usually faster, pending the detail of the design and whether a custom or standard colour mat is used.
Yes, we can coordinate custom mat orders from our HQ in Sydney and have them delivered anywhere in the world.
Easily customised parts of a mat are applying a logo, the colour of the mat, and the size (within reason!). We can work with any requests so let us know what your vision is and we'll bring it to life!
Our mats are built from either cork or biodegradable natural rubber - with a thin PU coating which allows the mats to be cleaned easily and makes them non-slip. Our bags are made from 100% canvas (minus the metal zips) and our straps are woven cotton with steel loops and silkscreened logos.
Generally 100 is the minimum volume of mats which can be produced fully branded - but we can always work to your needs to just reach out and see what's possible! gday@banjoandindi.com
Yes! We have two rounds of approvals - full design approved (colour, placement of logo) and printed proof (a photo of the first printed mat) to ensure you are 100% happy before bulk production starts.
We supply detailed invoices for a bank transfer (this is the preferred method for most businesses for accounting purposes). Production commences as soon as the payment is cleared.
Yes, definitely! In fact producing more mats than you need for your space, and retailing them to clients is a great way to offset the initial cost - and lets your clients take your branding home with them!
